2. The promo is open to all new customers of the qualified PLDT Home Fiber Plans switching from a competitor’s postpaid broadband service. All eligible customers shall be entitled to the following benefits upon successful installation of their PLDT Home Fiber Plan within the promo period:

   50% Off on Monthly Service Fee for 6 months

   • A discount of 50% on applicable Monthly Service Fee (MSF) for a period of six (6) months
   • Free installation and modem activation fees worth Php 3,600

   Or

   Free Speedboost for 12 months

   • A speed upgrade for a period of one (1) year from date of service activation. Upon the lapse thereof, plans shall revert to their respective regular speed as indicated in the table below.

3. Customers can avail of the promo nationwide in all PLDT Home booths, PLDT Sales & Service Centers, Smart Stores, Cignal Stores, PLDT Hotline 171, official PLDT Home mobile app, other authorized agents, authorized key account partners and via the pldthome.com website.

4. Customers must submit the following documents to avail of the promo:

   • Valid ID
   • Switch Subscription Contract
   • Signed Customer Information Sheet
   • Competitor’s bill or two (2) latest official receipts (name and address on this document should be the same with the application name and address)

5. The following terms and conditions shall apply to the promo:

   • The PLDT Home Switch Promo is open to all new applicants of the qualified PLDT Home Fiber Plans switching from a competitor’s postpaid broadband service.
   • All subscriptions are subject to PLDT Home’s standard credit screening and facility check.
   • Subscription is subject to the standard lock-in period of thirty-six (36) months from the date of installation. Pre-termination fee shall be equal to three (3) Monthly Service Fee (MSF) of the subscribed plan plus the remaining depreciated cost of device (modem).
   • All devices are PLDT owned, and units shall be replaced once defective subject to standard device warranties.
   • All indicated internet speeds are subject to 30% minimum speed at 80% service reliability.
