  4. Customers must submit the following documents to avail of the promo
    • Customer Application Form (CAF)
    • One valid ID
    • Signed PLDT Switch Offer Subscription Contract
    • Recent competitor’s statement of account or 2 recent official receipts for competitor bills payment (name and address on this document should be the same with the application name and address)
  5. The following terms and conditions shall apply to the promo:
    • The PLDT Home Switch Promo is open to all new applicants of the qualified PLDT Home Fiber Plans switching from a competitor’s postpaid broadband service.
    • All subscriptions are subject to PLDT Home’s standard credit screening and facility check.
    • The promo does not apply to subscribers with an existing PLDT Home Broadband subscription.
    • Subscription is subject to the standard lock-in period of thirty-six (36) months from the date of installation. Pre-termination fee shall be equal to three (3) Monthly Service Fee (MSF) of the subscribed plan plus the remaining depreciated cost of device (modem).
    • All devices are PLDT owned, and units shall be replaced once defective subject to standard device warranties.
    • All indicated internet speeds are subject to 30% minimum speed at 80% service reliability.

  1. The PLDT Home Always On Switch Promo is valid from February 10 to June 30, 2026.
  2. The promo is open to new PLDT Home Fiber subscribers who are switching from another internet service provider (ISP).
  3. Eligible subscribers who avail of the promo shall enjoy the following benefits:
    1. Free Always On Service Add-On for Six (6) Months
      • Equivalent to ₱149 per month for six (6) months
      • The Always On Service Add-On fee of ₱149/month shall be billed starting on the 7th month and shall continue until the subscriber opts out of the service

    3. Free Landline

    Always On is an existing add-on service from PLDT Home designed to keep subscribers connected even during unexpected fiber outages. It features a 2-in-1 hybrid modem that combines Fiber and LTE connectivity. If the Fiber connection becomes unavailable, the backup LTE automatically activates to ensure a seamless internet experience—no manual intervention is required.

  5. Interested subscribers must submit the following documents to avail of the offer:
    • Valid ID

    • Signed Customer Information Sheet
    • Competitor Bill or two (2) latest Official Receipts

    The name and address on the ISP’s billing document should be consistent with the present application’s name and address.

  6. Customers can avail of these plans nationwide in all PLDT Home booths, PLDT Sales & Service Centers, Smart Stores, PLDT-Smart stores, Cignal Stores, PLDT Hotline 171, authorized agents, authorized key account partners, and via the pldthome.com website.
  7. The following terms and conditions shall apply to the promo:
    1. Upon subscription, the subscriber shall be issued an Always On Service device, which is a PLDT-owned dual-WAN fiber modem with built-in SIM and automatic failover functionality. The modem is subject to PLDT’s standard warranty and replacement policies.
    2. The SIM card provided with the Always On Service modem is non-removable. Unauthorized removal of the SIM card shall void the warranty.
    3. The Always On Service SIM shall be registered and activated in accordance with Republic Act No. 11934 (SIM Registration Act).
    4. For SIM registration, the subscriber is required to submit the following information:
      • Mobile number and SIM serial number
      • Full name
      • Date of birth
      • Complete address
      • Sex
      • Valid government-issued ID
    5. The subscriber must accept the required attestation statement and may provide consent to receive marketing and promotional communications.
    6. Submission of false or fictitious information, fraudulent identification documents, or fictitious identities shall be subject to penalties under RA 11934.
    7. SIM activation shall occur within twenty-four (24) hours after installation of the Always On Service modem.
    8. All subscriptions are subject to PLDT Home’s standard credit screening, facility checking, and service availability. New subscriptions may be subject to TransUnion credit screening, which may require advance payment of monthly service fees prior to installation.
    9. Subscription under this promo is subject to a thirty-six (36) month lock-in period, commencing from the date of installation.
    10. In the event of pre-termination, the subscriber shall be charged:
      • Three (3) months’ applicable Monthly Service Fee (MSF); and
      • Any remaining unpaid balance for installation and activation fees, if applicable.
    11. The free Always On Service Add-On shall be forfeited if the subscriber incurs two (2) missed payments of the subscribed plan’s MSF within the first six (6) months. A missed payment is defined as payment made after the due date. Upon forfeiture, the subscriber shall be charged ₱149 per month for the Always On Service Add-On.
    12. On the 7th month, the Always On Service Add-On fee of ₱149 per month shall be billed on top of the subscribed plan’s MSF and reflected in the subscriber’s Statement of Account (SOA).
    13. LTE performance is subject to factors such as signal strength, network congestion, device capability, location, and weather conditions. LTE speed is not equivalent to the subscribed Fiber plan speed.
    14. Fiber internet speeds are subject to a minimum of 30% speed at 80% service reliability.
    15. LTE minimum speed is 256 Kbps, with speeds of up to 42 Mbps, subject to 80% service reliability.
    16. Actual LTE speed may vary depending on network conditions and subscriber traffic.
    17. The promo is applicable only to subscribers with an existing internet service provider prior to switching to PLDT Home.
    18. All provisions not otherwise stated herein shall be governed by PLDT Home’s standard terms and conditions.

    • All subscriptions are subject to PLDT Home’s standard credit screening and facility check.
    • The promo does not apply to subscribers with an existing PLDT Home Broadband subscription.
    • Subscription is subject to the standard lock-in period of thirty-six (36) months from the date of installation. Pre-termination fee shall be equal to three (3) Monthly Service Fee (MSF) of the subscribed plan plus the remaining depreciated cost of device (modem).
    • All devices are PLDT owned, and units shall be replaced once defective subject to standard device warranties.
    • All indicated internet speeds are subject to 30% minimum speed at 80% service reliability.

MECHANICS

  1. The PLDT Home Switch Promo is valid from January 1 until June 30, 2023. Promo is extended until December 31, 2023 as approved by DTI-FTEB. Per DTI Fair Trade Permit No. FTEB-157808 Series of 2022.
  2. The promo is open to all new customers of the qualified PLDT Home Fiber Plus and Fiber Unli Plans switching from a competitor’s postpaid broadband service. All eligible customers shall be entitled to the following benefits:
