The promo is open to:

1. Totally new PLDT Home Fiber subscribers who are switching from a competitor Postpaid Fixed Wired or Postpaid Fixed Wireless broadband services.
2. Existing PLDT Landline only subscribers with a subscription to competitor Postpaid Fixed Wired or Postpaid Fixed Wireless broadband services.

Simple! All you need to do is complete the following requirements upon application:

1. Valid ID
2. Customer Application Form
3. Agree to the Switch Promo terms and conditions
4. Attach a scanned copy of your competitor bill or two (2) latest Official Receipts
   
   **Please take note that the name and address reflected on the non-PLDT bill must be the same name and address to be used for the subscriber’s PLDT account.

However, do take note that all applications are subject to PLDT’s Standard Credit Screening and Facility Check.

Be careful not to miss any bill payments within the first 3 months! Any late payments made within the first 3 months of your promo period will automatically forfeit your switcher perks, reverting your plan to its original speed. The Unli Fam Call service allows subscribers to enjoy unlimited calls from your landline to five (5) nominated Smart/Sun/TNT numbers.

Yes. Changing of nominated Smart/Sun/TNT numbers will only be allowed 30 days after the date of nomination.

You may change your nominated number through your myHome account. Just follow these steps:

1. Log in to my.pldthome.com.
2. Select your PLDT account.
3. Click Packages and Subscriptions.
4. Look for Unli Fam Call and click Go.
5. Select Add New Number to nominate a new number. Select Change if you want to change your nominated number.
6. Click Save.
7. A confirmation window will appear. Just click Save and you’re done!

If the registered number moved to a non-Smart/Sun/TNT network, yes. Standard charges will apply. (Php 14/minute)
