I want to transfer my line. What are the requirements needed?

The customer who is requesting for relocation must be the Customer on Record. Please prepare a valid ID for authentication purposes.

Customer account status must be active and NO past due balance prior to accommodating the relocation request.

Relocation request is subject to checking of available facilities.

Is there a fee for transfer of line?

The service fee for transfer of line is P1,100.00 (vat inclusive)

How long is the processing of transfer of line

The transfer of line will take five (5) working days once the service order is issued

Where can I request for transfer of line?

To request for transfer of line, you may login to your myHome account or you may visit our PLDT Home Support Page, select Aftersales Requests, and click on Request for Relocation to fill out the web form.

I just recently activated my line and within the lock-in period, will it continue my contract?

Your lock-in period will be refreshed to 24 months upon transfer.
