I want to disconnect my existing PLDT service. What should I do?

We hope we can change your mind from disconnecting your service. You will be asked to fill out and sign a request form, then settle your outstanding balance including Pre-Termination Fee (PTF), if applicable. To get a copy of the form and compute for your final amount, kindly call 171 or message us through PLDT Home on Facebook. Please ensure that you are the subscriber on record or authorized to transact on behalf of the customer.

Your disconnection request may be cancelled due to non-submission of requirements.

Is there a fee for disconnection of plan?

For customers within their lock in periods, a pre-termination fee of 3x your monthly service fee will need to be paid. Other requirements & applicable fees may be advised during the call depending on the subscription.

Once computed and paid for, the receipt will serve as your Proof of Payment and will need to be sent to us as instructed by our representative. Please expect 3 days for us to confirm your payment and process your disconnection request.

When will my billing stop after filing for a disconnection request?

Billing of current PLDT service will be continuous until you are able to submit all requirements, pay your final fee, and disconnection processing is completed.
