Eligibility

Open to existing PLDT Home Fiber Unli Plan 1699 and up subscribers.
The FREE Always On benefit is exclusive to out-of-contract subscribers on Fiber Unli Plan 1899 and above.
Subscriber must have an active account for at least three (3) months.
Valid for residential Fiber subscribers only.
Not available for business accounts, DSL, or SME subscribers.
Subscribers with an existing Always On subscription are not eligible for the free Always On benefit.

Availment Channels:

Customers may apply through Telesales, Online Channels, PLDT Stores, Hotline 171, authorized PLDT Home partners, and via the pldthome.com website.
Confirmation SMS notifications will be sent to:
- Confirm Speed Add-On 500 activation
- Provide IGV activation details and instructions
The FREE Always On benefit (for qualified subscribers):
- Will be provisioned after Speed Add-On activation
- Requires a technician visit for ONU installation

Billing and Lock-In Rules

Speed Add-On
- Charged at ₱500/month on top of the base plan
- No lock-in; subscriber may opt-out anytime via PLDT Home Store or 171
- Not pro-rated; full monthly charge applies
- Not stackable; only one (1) add-on allowed per account
FREE Always On
- Available only to eligible out-of-contract subscribers on Plan 1899 and above
- Availment triggers an automatic re-lock-in of the base plan
Plan Downgrade
- Speed Add-On is automatically removed if the base plan is downgraded.
- Subscribers cannot downgrade within the promo duration while subscribed to the add-on.

Inclusions

- Non-renewable and automatically ends after 12 months
