How to avail the exclusive discount in the Next Upgrade Shop

Step 1: Visit nextupgrade.ph and click on the icon to “Sign Up”. Fill in your personal information and activate your account using the link sent to your registered e-mail.
Step 2: Type Smart Home Deals in the search bar or go to https://shop.nextupgrade.ph/collections/smart-home-deals. Simply ‘Add to Cart” your chosen item.
Step 3: Once done shopping, you may “View Cart” to review your order. Click ‘Check out Now’ to pay and complete your purchase.

Orders from the Next Upgrade Shop will be delivered through its partner courier. Standard shipping takes approximately 2–5 business days from the date the order is placed. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout and will depend on the order volume and delivery location.

The promo is applicable to all new customers of PLDT Home Fiber Plan 1299 and above, whose applications are approved and installed within the promo period.
Customers can avail of the promo nationwide in all PLDT Home booths, PLDT Sales & Service Centers, Smart Stores, Cignal Stores, PLDT Hotline 171, other authorized agents, authorized key account partners and via the pldthome.com website.

Terms and Conditions

The PLDT Home Smart Home Deals Promo is open to all new customers of the eligible PLDT Home Fiber Plans.
All subscriptions are subject to PLDT Home’s standard credit screening and facility check.
By availing this promo, the customer understands that;
- By accepting the discount offer, the customer agrees to hold PLDT free and harmless from any loss, injury, or damage caused by or arising from his/her participation in the program or caused by or arising from his/her acceptance and/or use of the item.
- They are agreeable to having their names in all PLDT Home advertising materials related to the promo.
Subscription is subject to the standard lock-in period of thirty-six (36) months from the date of installation. Pre-termination fee shall be equal to three (3) Monthly Service Fee (MSF) of the subscribed plan plus the remaining depreciated cost of device (modem).
All indicated internet speeds are subject to 30% minimum speed at 80% service reliability.
