Customers who apply for PLDT Home Plans 1599, 1699, 2099, 2699, or 7499 are eligible for the ONE MONTH FREE PROMO – waived one-month service fee on the 4th month, Free Installation, No Cashout, and Free Speedboost. All promo benefits are applied upon successful application.
How do customers qualify for the promo?
Customers who will apply for PLDT Home Fiber (Unli /Netflix) Plans 1599, 1699, 2099, 2699 and 7499 via PLDT Sales and Service Centers (SSC), PLDT SMART and SMART Stores, PLDT Community Care Caravans, pldthome.com within the promo period will be qualified for the promo.
I saw the promo ad, how can I apply?
Simply visit any eligible channel and apply for one of the qualifying plans. Once your application is approved and installation is completed, you will automatically qualify for the offer.
When will the One Month Free Promo be applied to my billing?
PLDT’s System will automatically apply the free Fiber Plan MSF on the 4th billing cycle, provided that the account is eligible.
Eligibility Criteria:
- The customer must have applied for a fiber plan through either of the following PLDT Store sales channels: PLDT Sales and Service Centers (SSC), PLDT SMART and SMART Stores, PLDT Community Care Caravans, pldthome.com and Key Account Partners (SM Malls and PC Express).
- Only applications of Plan 1599, 1699, 2099, 2699 and 7499 under Regular Application are eligible. Switcher applications are not qualified for the promo.
- Account must not have a previous balance of equal to or greater than P200 at the time of promo.
My PLDT Home Broadband Connection was activated after the promo period, am I still qualified for the promo?
Yes. As long as the application was submitted within the promo period and the service is successfully installed and activated, the customer will still be eligible for the promo.
Can I combine this promo with other PLDT Home discounts or offers?
This promo may only overlap with Free Speedboost, Free Installation and No Cashout Privileges when you apply via PLDT Sales and Service Centers (SSC), PLDT SMART and SMART Stores, PLDT Community Care Caravans, pldthome.com and Key Account Partners (SM Malls and PC Express). Other promos may not stack or overlap with this promotion.
Will I be notified if I need to pay anything before installation?
Yes. You will be notified via SMS or email if you are required to pay the Advance Monthly Service Fee (AMSF), in accordance with standard credit rules.
What fees might I still be charged during the promo month?
The promo covers only the Fiber Plan Monthly Service Fee (MSF). Charges that will still be billed (if applicable) include:
- Add-ons
- Tolls or usage charges
- Installation fees (e.g., PHP 100)
- Late Payment Fees (LPF)
I applied via kiosk, partner booth, or hotline. Am I eligible?
- Applications made through the 171 Hotline under the Promos and Deals option are eligible.
- Applications made through authorized partner sellers (HDs) are not eligible.
- Applications made through ONLINE KEY ACCOUNT partners are not eligible.
What happens if I have an outstanding balance (OB) before the 4th bill run?
If your account has an outstanding balance before the 4th bill run, a 7-day grace period will be granted.
- If payment is made in full within the 7-day grace period, you will still qualify for the promo.
- If payment is not made within the grace period, the free promo will not be applied, and the regular Fiber MSF will be billed on the 4th bill.
This also applies if your account was temporarily inactive due to missed payment.
If my 4th bill already charged the regular MSF but I paid within the 7-day grace period, will the promo still apply?
Yes. As long as payment is made within the 7-day grace period, the promo will still be applied.
What if I’m eligible but did not receive the free MSF on my 4th bill?
You may contact any of our customer care channels for assistance.
How will I know if the promo was applied?
You will see a line item on your bill that states: “EXCLUSIVE FREE 1MSF PROMO” Sales Promo Code: EXCLUSIVEFREE1MSF_BS
How can I make sure I don’t miss the promo?
Simply pay your bill in full and on time.
Does the promo cover all charges on my bill?
The promo applies only to the Fiber Plan MSF. Devices, add-ons, toll charges, installation fees, and other applicable charges will still be billed accordingly.
If I requested an Extended Credit Arrangement (ECA), can I still avail of the promo?
Yes, provided that the current bill is paid in full within the 7-day grace period.
If I have an ongoing repair and requested adjustments in the 3rd month and chose not to pay until the repair is completed, am I still eligible?
Yes. The subscriber remains eligible, considering there is an ongoing company-initiated activity.
Customers may raise an adjustment request through any customer care channel for proper handling.
If I request a plan upgrade or downgrade before the promo month, will I still be eligible?
- Upgrade: Yes, provided the new plan is also eligible for the promo.
- Downgrade: No, the account will no longer be eligible.
Will I be billed for the Late Payment Fee (LPF) during the 4th month?
Can I request a Transfer of Ownership before the Free 4th Month credit is applied? Will the credit still be honored?
Yes. If it remains the same account, the promo credit will still be honored after the transfer.
