How do customers qualify for the promo?
To avail the promo, one must apply during the promo period and subsequently get installed with the
following plans at ANY PLDT store nationwide.
I saw the promo ad, how can I apply?
Simply visit a PLDT Store, SMART Store, PLDT-SMART Store, National Key Account Partners or
pldthome.com (online) and apply! You will get your premium and/or be qualified for the promo as long as
you apply within the promo period (April 1 – May 31, 2024).
My PLDT Home Broadband Connection was activated after the promo period, am I still
qualified for the promo?
Yes, of course. As long as the application was submitted within the promo period and successfully
installed and activated within thirty (30) days from the end of the promo period, Subscriber shall still be
qualified in the promo.
How will I get my vouchers?
You will receive an SMS from PLDT Home for your vouchers after getting installed and activated.
I didn’t get my vouchers, what should I do?
You may send an email pldtsalesandservicecenter@pldt.com.ph or visit any PLDT Store or PLDT-SMART
Experience Hubs to raise any redemption concerns. Once validated that premium item was not received or
defective, customer will be issued with a new one.
