Overview
PLDT Home is offering a bundled subscription to HBO Max as part of select PLDT Home Fiber plans. This partnership gives eligible customers access to HBO Max’s premium streaming content at no additional cost for a limited time.
The HBO Max bundle is available with PLDT Home Fiber Plan 2499 and Plan 3199, which also include the following:
- HBO Max (Standard Plan)
- Up to 500 Mbps internet speed (for Plan 2499)
- Up to 700 Mbps internet speed (for Plan 3199)
- Unlimited Landline with Unli FamCall (Unlimited PLDT-to-PLDT and Smart/TNT calls)
- Cignal Plan 129 (with 61 SD and 14 HD channels)
- Netflix Standard Plan

Eligibility
- This promo is available to new and existing PLDT Home Fiber subscribers who apply for or upgrade to Plan 2499 or Plan 3199.
- Customers must be in good standing, with no overdue or unpaid balances.
- HBO Max access is subject to availability in your area and may be changed or discontinued by PLDT at any time.

HBO Max Access and Activation
- Qualified subscribers will receive an activation link or code via email or SMS to set up their HBO Max account.
- The HBO Max subscription is charged to the PLDT Home account, and customers agree to the applicable HBO Max Terms of Service.
- Activation must be completed within the prescribed period; otherwise, the benefit may be forfeited.

Subscription Inclusions
- HBO Max access will be bundled as a recurring monthly subscription for the duration of the promo or as long as the eligible PLDT Home Fiber plan remains active.
- Any plan changes (e.g., upgrades or downgrades) may affect HBO Max access.
- Content availability on HBO Max is subject to licensing and may change without notice.

Billing and Charges
- The HBO Max subscription is included at no additional cost as part of the bundled PLDT Home Fiber Plan 2499 or 3199 during the promo period.
- If the promo period ends or the bundled plan is canceled or changed, HBO Max subscription fees may apply at prevailing rates unless canceled by the customer.
- Any applicable HBO Max fees will be reflected in your monthly PLDT bill.

Termination and Forfeiture
- PLDT reserves the right to revoke HBO Max access in cases of non-payment, account suspension, disconnection, or fraud.
- HBO Max access will be automatically forfeited if the customer terminates their PLDT Home plan or is deemed ineligible.

Data Usage
- Streaming HBO Max content will consume internet data and may impact bandwidth usage.
- PLDT is not liable for the content performance, availability, or quality of the HBO Max service.

- Promo mechanics are subject to change without prior notice.
- By availing of this offer, customers agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the HBO Max Terms of Use.
- PLDT and HBO Max reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this offer at any time.

HBO MAX Service
By using the HBO Max service via the broadband postpaid subscription plans offer (“PLDT Offer”) of PLDT Inc. (“PLDT” or “we”), you, as the PLDT Home subscriber (“you” or “PLDT Fiber HBO Max Customer”), hereby agree to the following:
HBO Max Service
The HBO Max service is provided to you by Warner Bros. Discovery under the HBO Max Terms of Use (https://www.hbomax.com/terms-of-use). The other services provided in the PLDT Offer (the “PLDT Service”) are provided by PLDT. The HBO Max service is open to all new and existing PLDT Home postpaid broadband subscribers, whose eligibility is determined by PLDT.
By availing of the PLDT Offer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the terms and conditions of PLDT and the HBO Max Terms of Use. You further agree that your access to and use of the PLDT Offer may be subject to further terms and conditions as may be imposed by PLDT or HBO Max from time to time.
PLDT does not provide the products and/or services available via the HBO Max platform and therefore does not make any representations or warranties regarding the HBO Max service. The subscriber acknowledges and accepts that he/she accesses and uses the HBO Max service at his/her own risk. PLDT is not responsible for and does not guarantee the functionality, availability, or continuity of the HBO Max service at any time. PLDT shall not be liable for any damage or loss suffered or incurred by the subscriber that may arise from or in connection with the provision, access, or use of the HBO Max service.
Account Management
To enjoy the HBO Max service as part of your PLDT Offer, you must activate the HBO Max service by completing the HBO Max activation process. You will receive instructions via email or SMS on how to activate your HBO Max access.
If you already have an existing HBO Max account, you may link it to your PLDT Offer during activation. Any ongoing charges on your existing HBO Max account will continue until you successfully link that account to your PLDT Offer. For any billing concerns related to your existing HBO Max account, please contact HBO Max directly.
PLDT will share your registered email address and/or phone number with HBO Max to facilitate the activation of your subscription included in the PLDT Offer. If you link an existing HBO Max account to your PLDT Offer and later terminate the PLDT Offer, your HBO Max membership will not be automatically canceled. HBO Max may resume billing the payment method associated with your original account once the bundled subscription ends. To manage your HBO Max account, please visit the ‘Account’ section at www.hbomax.com.
This bundled subscription means that disconnection or termination of the PLDT Offer will also discontinue your access to HBO Max. To continue using HBO Max independently, you will need to update your payment method directly with HBO Max.

Use of the PLDT Service
In accessing and using the HBO Max service through the PLDT Offer, you are required to comply with PLDT’s current bandwidth, data usage, and service policies. You must ensure that your activities do not improperly restrict, inhibit, or degrade PLDT’s services or create an unusual burden on the network.
The PLDT Service is intended for personal and residential use only. You may not run servers, exceed device limits, or provide network access to others using your connection.
PLDT reserves the right to monitor service usage and bandwidth. We may take appropriate action if we detect any violation of our Acceptable Use Policy (https://pldthome.com/pldt-home-acceptable-use-policy), including suspension or termination of service to protect the network and other subscribers.
Inappropriate use (such as activities contrary to public morals, illegal content, or prohibited services like ISR/NSR, unauthorized callback, or bypass operations) may result in the removal of content, account suspension, or termination of service in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
You agree not to resell or use the PLDT Service for commercial purposes without prior written consent from PLDT. The service must not be used for business activities, especially those that violate the Public Subscriber Telephone Network (PSTN) or laws regarding unauthorized resale or traffic bypass.
PLDT is not liable for any loss of revenue or profit due to unauthorized commercial use of the service. PLDT Home Fiber services are designed and priced for residential and household use only.

PLDT Inc. (“PLDT”), in partnership with HBO Max, is giving you FREE access to HBO Max as part of your subscription to PLDT Home Fiber Plan 2499 or Plan 3199 (the “Service”). This bundled subscription includes premium streaming access to HBO Max at no additional cost, as long as your qualified plan remains active.
In compliance with the Data Privacy Act, we would like to inform you of the principles that govern how your personal data will be collected, processed, and shared when you choose to activate and use the Service.
Why we process your personal data
We collect and process your Personal Data (PLDT Home Account Number, Email Address, and Mobile Number) in order to process the activation of the HBO Max Service on your account, send you an SMS and/or Email with your HBO Max, and monitor your eligibility to avail of the Service throughout the period.
How your personal data is collected and processed by HBO Max
To use HBO Max App, you will need to create an account on HBO Max. Note that doing so entails a separate agreement between you and HBO Max, to which PLDT is not a party. Further, your HBO Max account (from application, account creation, use, and termination) is governed by HBO Max’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy (and not that of PLDT’s). The processing done by HBO Max on your personal data is governed by its privacy policy, available at https://www.hbomax.com/privacy.
How your personal data is protected within PLDT
The integrity, confidentiality, and security of your personal data is important to us. This is why we strictly enforce this Privacy Notice within PLDT and have implemented technical, organizational, and physical security measures that are designed to protect your information from unauthorized or fraudulent access, alteration, disclosure, misuse, and other unlawful activities. Your personal data is also protected from other natural and human dangers.
We keep your Personal Data only for as long as necessary for us to (a) provide the Service for as long as you are subscribed, and (b) for our legitimate business purposes such as the conduct of internal audits, planning for future Service updates, and the provisioning of after sales support, and for a maximum retention period of twelve (12) years from the permanent disconnection of your PLDT Home account.
Your rights and choices
The Data Privacy Act gives you certain rights to your personal data. Subject to exceptions under the law, you are entitled to request:
- Access to the personal data we process about you;
- Rectification of your personal data if it is found to be outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete;
- Erasure when it is no longer needed to achieve the legitimate purpose of its processing;
- Restriction of processing of your personal data in limited circumstances;
- Portability of your personal data so that you may receive a copy thereof or that we transmit the same to another company on your behalf.
Depending on the circumstances, you may also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. If you believe that your data privacy rights have been violated by the use of the Service, we encourage you to contact PLDT’s Data Privacy Officer to seek resolution of your complaint. You also have the right to go directly to the National Privacy Commission or to make a claim against PLDT before a competent court.
