  4. Customers can avail of these plans nationwide in all PLDT Home booths, PLDT Sales & Service Centers, Smart Stores, PLDT-Smart stores, Cignal Stores, PLDT Hotline 171, authorized agents, authorized key account partners, and via the pldthome.com website.
  5. Once the subscription is activated, the customer will receive an SMS confirming their eligibility for the raffle promo. To participate, the customer must text “PLDT BFF” to 225687, which signifies consent for PLDT to collect and process their personal information in accordance with the Data Privacy Act. A final SMS confirming successful registration will be sent to their registered mobile number.
  6. The electronic raffle draw will be conducted on the following dates, with the supervision of a DTI representative. Winners shall be notified via SMS, registered mail, email and call-out.

  7. The prize will be automatically applied to the winners’ billing statements beginning in the month following the announcement date. For consolation prize winners, the regular MSF will resume and be charged to their accounts once the prize validity period ends.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. All subscriptions are subject to PLDT Home’s standard credit screening and facility check.
  2. Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be converted to cash, and each subscriber may win only once throughout the promo period.
  3. By availing this offer, the customer understands that:
    • By accepting the prizes, the winner agrees to hold PLDT Inc. free and harmless from any loss, injury, or damage caused by or arising from his/her participation in the program or caused by or arising from his/her acceptance and/or use of the prize.
    • Customer may reach out to any of the PLDT channels for any service-related issue.
    • They are agreeable to have their names in all PLDT advertising materials related to the promo.
  4. Subscription is subject to the standard lock-in period of thirty-six (36) months from the date of installation (except for Fiber Prepaid). Pre-termination fee shall be equal to three (3) Monthly Service Fee (MSF) of the subscribed plan plus the remaining depreciated cost of device (modem).
  5. All indicated internet speeds are subject to 30% minimum speed at 80% service reliability.
  6. Employees of PLDT Inc., and their agencies, subsidiaries as well as their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
  7. “Free Broadband for Life” means that the Monthly Service Fee (MSF) of the winner’s basic broadband plan shall be waived for the duration of his/her lifetime (add-ons and value-added services are not included). To continuously enjoy this benefit, the winner shall be required to visit any PLDT Sales & Service Center every January and present a valid government ID with a photo. If the winner cannot personally appear at the store, a representative may be appointed by submitting a duly notarized Special Power of Attorney together with the valid government IDs of both the winner and the representative, and the proof that the winner is still alive, through a photograph holding the most recent and dated newspaper of general circulation. Failure to comply shall result in automatic charging of MSF in the succeeding months.
  8. If a winner relocates to a new residence within the prize’s validity period, the line may also be transferred and the prize will still be applicable but subject to PLDT Home’s approval and standard facility check. Documentary requirements such as valid IDs and a one-time relocation fee will also be required. If no fiber port is available when the request was made, then the prize will cease to be valid.
  9. Likewise, the prize will also be terminated if the winner requests a plan downgrade or upgrade. No plan modification shall be made within the prize validity.
  10. Add-on requests made by the winner shall be charged to his/her account and will be billed accordingly. Standard collection process will also apply in case of late payments. Failure to pay the add-on amount past the due date shall result in temporary line disconnection. In case of permanent account disconnection due to non-settlement of the outstanding balance within the standard time frame, prize will automatically be forfeited. As such, prize will no longer be valid even if the account gets re-activated in the future.
  11. The winner can opt to terminate the line anytime. No pre-termination and modem fee will be required even if the request was made within the plan’s lock up period.
  12. PLDT Home reserves the right to modify and upgrade the plan components of the winning subscriber to improve subscription experience and product quality.
  13. In the event that the winner’s selected plan is discontinued due to the non-renewal or termination of a partnership with a service partner (e.g., Cignal for Fiber Unli All, Netflix for Fiber Netflix), the winner shall remain entitled to the applicable discount. The discount will be applied to a replacement plan that is most comparable to the original plan based on its Monthly Service Fee (MSF).
  14. The promo does not apply to subscribers with an existing PLDT Home Broadband subscription.
