WHO ARE ELIGIBLE FOR THE PROMO

Promo duration: September 8 to December 31, 2025.
Open to existing subscribers on PLDT Home Fiber Plans 1299 to 2399.
The FREE Always On is exclusive to out-of-contract subscribers on Fiber Plans 1899 to 3199.
Eligible subscribers will get a ₱200 discount on their monthly service fee for six (6) months when they upgrade to any Fiber Plan from 1599 to 3199.
Subscriber must have an active account for at least three (3) months.
Valid for residential Fiber subscribers only.
Subscribers with an existing Always On subscription are not eligible for the free Always On.
Subscribers who downgraded their Home Fiber Plan within the promo duration are not eligible for the promo.
Not available for business accounts, DSL, or SME subscribers.

HOW TO UPGRADE:

Eligible subscribers will be contacted via official PLDT Home channels – Telesales, SMS, Viber, or e-mail
Existing subscribers can also request an upgrade through these same official channels, and via PLDT Stores or PLDT Home website.

Fiber Plan Upgrade:

Subscribers who downgraded their Home Fiber Plan within the promo duration are not eligible for the promo.
Plans with existing bundles (i.e Unli All Plans) can only be upgraded to the same plan family (i.e. higher Unli All Plan) unless it is already outside of contract.
The Netflix subscription upgrade (Standard to Premium) will be done via an activation link sent to the subscriber’s registered email address.
HBO Max subscription can be upgraded through PLDT Stores only.

FREE Always On:

The Always On monthly service fee, plus installation and activation fee are free for 36 months.
The free Always On will be processed after the Fiber plan has been upgraded successfully.
Subscribers with an existing Always On subscription are not eligible for the free Always On.
