Promo Mechanics

The promo is open to all existing PLDT Home and PLDT Home Biz subscribers nationwide.
Customers who purchase a StreamTV unit via PLDT’s online channels which include the PLDT Website, official social media pages, and text-to-buy platforms from August 15 to October 31, 2025, will receive one (1) free Tapo L530E Smart Bulb for every StreamTV unit purchased.
The free Tapo Bulb may be redeemed using a voucher code, which will be sent to the qualified customer via SMS within ten (10) business days after the successful delivery of their StreamTV unit.
Customers who purchase multiple StreamTV units will receive a corresponding number of voucher codes (e.g., 2 units = 2 voucher codes).
To redeem the free item:
- Visit the NextUpgrade Shop using the redemption link provided in the SMS. https://shop.nextupgrade.ph/collections/streamtv-promo-bundle-redemption
- Add the Tapo L530E Smart Bulb to the cart.
- At checkout, enter the voucher code.
- The code will apply a full discount, making both the bulb and shipping fee free.
- The Tapo Bulb will be delivered via NextUpgrade’s official logistics partner.
Each voucher code is valid for one-time use only and will expire on December 31, 2025.
The free item is not convertible to cash, credit, or other products.
In case a customer cancels or returns their StreamTV unit, the corresponding free item must also be returned. Non-compliance will result in disqualification from future promotions.
This promo cannot be availed in conjunction with other discounts, bundles, or promos, unless otherwise stated.
Only purchases made within the official promo period are eligible for the free item.
PLDT, Tapo, and NextUpgrade reserve the right to validate all transactions and disqualify any purchases found to be fraudulent or suspicious.
In case of disputes, the decision of PLDT and DTI shall be final and binding .

REQUIREMENTS FOR CLAIMING

No manual claiming is required. Qualified customers will automatically receive the voucher code and redemption instructions via SMS.
Customers must ensure that the mobile number registered to their PLDT account is active and can receive SMS.
To redeem the free item, subscribers must create or log in to their NextUpgrade account before completing the redemption process.
In case of issues, defects, or concerns regarding the free Tapo Bulb, the standard return and replacement policy of NextUpgrade shall apply.

Check SMS Notification
Qualified customers will receive an SMS from PLDT within 10 business days after the successful delivery of their StreamTV unit. This SMS will contain a voucher code and a redemption link to the NextUpgrade Shop.
Visit the Redemption Site
Click on the link provided in the SMS or go to the NextUpgrade Shop via https://shop.nextupgrade.ph/collections/streamtv-promo-bundle-redemption.
Log in or create a NextUpgrade account to proceed.
Add Tapo L530E Smart Bulb to Cart
Once logged in, locate the Tapo L530E Smart Bulb and click “Add to Cart.”
Enter Voucher Code at Checkout
Go to the checkout page and enter the voucher code from the SMS. The system will automatically apply a full discount for both the bulb and the shipping fee.
Confirm and Complete the Order
Review your order summary. Once confirmed, submit the order. You will receive an order confirmation via email.
Wait for Delivery
Your free Tapo Bulb will be delivered via NextUpgrade’s official logistics partner. Standard delivery lead times apply.
