Promo Mechanics

STEP 1: APPLY FOR A NEW UNIONBANK CREDIT CARD

• The promo is open to all new and existing PLDT Home subscribers on Fiber Plans 1699 and up who will apply for a NEW UnionBank Rewards Credit Card.
  • Who apply for a UnionBank Credit Card (the “Card”) within the promo period through selected links in promo channels;
  • Whose applications were received with complete documents and requirements by UnionBank of the Philippines (the “UnionBank”) within the promo period; and
  • Whose applications were subsequently approved.
  • A new-to-bank applicant is defined as an individual who does not have any existing principal UnionBank Credit Card within the last three (3) months at the time of application.

STEP 2: ENROLL YOUR PLDT HOME BILL TO AUTO BILLS PAYMENT ON YOUR UNIONBANK ACCOUNT

• Enrolling your PLDT bill to UnionBank Auto Bills Payment using your new credit card for a year. Enroll your PLDT Home Bill here.
  • If card is removed from Auto Bills Payment during the period, the promo is to be forfeited.

STEP 3: DOWNLOAD UNIONBANK ONLINE MOBILE APP

• Download and sign up for the UnionBank Online Mobile App via the Apple App Store or Google Play.
• To redeem the cashback points, the cardholder must activate their UnionBank Online Account and redeem in the app.

STEP 4: REDEEM CASHBACK

• The cashback points will be sent to the cardholder’s UnionBank Online account, within 60 days from first spend of card and enrollment of your PLDT Bill to UnionBank Auto Bills Payment.
• Cashback will only be awarded if cardholder qualifies for all requirements stated above.
• Once the cashback has been credited to the cardholder’s UnionBank Online account, he/she will be notified through email regarding their eligibility to redeem their Cashback worth P5,097.
• To redeem the cashback points, the cardholder must activate their UnionBank Online Account and redeem in the app.
