  1. Eligibility: This promo is open to all existing PLDT Home subscribers who meet the following criteria:
    • Residential accounts only
    • FTTH (Fiber-to-the-Home) technology
    • With good credit standing and no outstanding balance
    • Minimum tenure of 3 months and up
    • No existing Speed Add-On 500 subscription
    • Has not downgraded during the promo period
  2. Promo Period: Promo runs from February 20 to April 30, 2026.
  3. Offer: All upgrading subscribers will get an additional ₱3,000.00 discount on top of the eligible discount depending on their current subscription. See table below.
    • To qualify for the Samsung discount, PLDT Home subscribers must upgrade from their current Fiber plan to any of the eligible upgrade plans indicated below.

  1. How to upgrade to qualify:
    • Eligible subscribers can apply via PLDT Home’s official website (pldthome.com/fiber-upgrade), PLDT Stores, or may receive calls from PLDT Home’s official telesales partners, a promo SMS, Viber and Email
    • Only successfully completed and provisioned upgrades are eligible for the Samsung discount. Failed, cancelled, or reversed upgrade orders are not qualified.
    Lock-in Period: Certain upgrade plans, specifically Fiber Unli All plans and Fiber Netflix plans are subject to a thirty-six (36) month lock-in period. Subscribers who avail of these plans agree to the applicable lock-in terms and corresponding pre-termination fees in case of early disconnection or downgrade.
    Service Disclaimer: Subject to a minimum guaranteed connection speed is 30% of the subscribed speed at 80% minimum service reliability across all plans, subject to the performance of the subscriber’s computer, traffic of website visited, quality of in-house wiring, and other factors beyond the control of PLDT.
  1. Discount Code Issuance and Redemption
    • Qualified subscribers will receive an SMS, Viber message, or Email containing instructions on how to redeem the discount.
    • Qualified members can redeem Samsung discount vouchers via PLDT Home Rewards website.
      • For existing PLDT Home Rewards Members: Log in to your PLDT Home Rewards account to view and redeem your Samsung voucher.
      • For Non-PLDT Home Rewards Members: Register for PLDT Home Rewards using your PLDT Home Account Number and the mobile number registered to your PLDT account. Once your membership is activated, you may proceed to redeem your Samsung voucher.
    • Qualified PLDT Home Rewards Members can redeem free vouchers from Samsung and use them to purchase select items from the exclusive store found on the PLDT Home Rewards page. Only completed and provisioned upgrades are eligible for the Samsung discount. Cancelled, failed, reversed, or unfulfilled upgrade orders shall not qualify.
    • A generic voucher code is accessible to the redeeming customer found inside the PLDT Home Rewards page. Once redeemed, the customer can use it when shopping to Samsung online platform.
    • To access the special Samsung Online platform, a special access code is required via the PLDT Home Rewards Page. See below:

    • Each Samsung discount voucher is valid for a single use only. Once a voucher code has been applied to a transaction it will be deemed fully consumed and can no longer be reused.
    • Discount codes must be redeemed within 60 days from the end of the promo. Unused codes after the validity period shall automatically expire.
  2. Availment Limitation: The discount promo may be availed once per PLDT Home account only.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Subscriber Declaration: Joining this promo means that subscriber has read and fully understood the terms and conditions indicated in https://pldthome.info/subsdec.
  2. PLDT Home Rewards Redemption: links and discounts cannot be shared to non-qualified customers.
  3. Fulfillment and Delivery: All Samsung products availed through this promo shall be fulfilled, shipped, and delivered solely by Samsung or its authorized logistics partners. Delivery timelines, coverage, and serviceable areas shall be subject to Samsung’s prevailing delivery policies.
  4. Delivery Charges and Installation: Delivery fees, installation fees, wall mounting, and setup services (if applicable) are not included unless explicitly stated by Samsung. Any additional charges shall be borne by the subscriber.
  5. Payment and Checkout: All purchases using the Samsung discount code shall be completed through Samsung’s official checkout channels. Accepted payment methods, installment options, and bank promotions shall be subject to Samsung’s prevailing terms and conditions.
  6. Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. Samsung reserves the right to substitute, modify, or discontinue any participating product without prior notice.
  7. Warranty and After-Sales Support: Warranty coverage, repairs, replacements, and after-sales services shall be governed by Samsung’s standard warranty policies. PLDT shall not be responsible for any product defects, malfunctions, delays, or warranty-related concerns.
  8. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds: Returns, cancellations, and refunds for Samsung products shall be subject to Samsung’s return and refund policies. Any approved refunds shall apply to the actual amount paid after discount and shall be processed by Samsung.
  9. Liability Limitation: PLDT shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from product delivery delays, installation issues, defects, or after-sales concerns related to Samsung products.
  10. Vouchers: Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash, credit, or other goods and services. It cannot be applied retroactively. The use of voucher is subject to the PLDT Home Rewards and Samsung Terms and Conditions.
  11. Promo Enforcement: PLDT reserves the right to revoke promo eligibility or charge back the value of the discount in cases of order cancellation, downgrade, or violation of promo terms. PLDT reserves the right to stop implementation of the promo to PLDT Home Rewards accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent.
  12. Disputes: In case of disputes, the decision of PLDT and Samsung shall prevail.
