What is happening to PLDT Home Rewards now?

Starting April 2026, PLDT Home Rewards will be undergoing a system upgrade so we can deliver a better, safer, and more reliable experience.

Please note that during the system upgrade, the PLDT Home Rewards will temporarily be unavailable. This includes access to the PLDT Home Rewards portal, its pages listed below, and all rewards activities such as registration, log-in, balance viewing, and redemption:

This is to ensure the safety of your account, Crystals, and data.

When does the system upgrade and temporary pause of the PLDT Home Rewards start?

The system upgrade, and temporary pause of the PLDT Home Rewards, starts on April 1, 2026. We will announce the exact relaunch date through our official channels and notify you directly.

What should I do now?

No action is needed for now. Simply stay tuned for the launch of the new and improved PLDT Home Rewards.

All Crystals you earn this year will not expire on April 1, 2026. As long as your account is active, your unused Crystals will be carried over to the new PLDT Home Rewards and shall remain valid until April 01, 2027.

Can I still enroll, register, or activate in the PLDT Home Rewards Program?

For existing subscribers (before 2023) who are not yet members:
Thank you for your interest in PLDT Home Rewards! If you are an existing PLDT subscriber (before 2023) who is not a member yet, you may still enroll until March 31, 2026.

Starting April 1, 2026, enrollment and activation will temporarily be unavailable while we upgrade the PLDT Home Rewards portal. This shall ensure that your information is properly recorded and your account remains secure. Enrollment will resume once the new PLDT Home Rewards is launched. We will notify you as soon as we’re back so you can proceed.

For subscribers from 2023 to present who have not yet activated their membership:
Thank you for your interest in PLDT Home Rewards! If you are a PLDT subscriber from 2023 to present, you’re already automatically included as a member. You only need to activate your account to start enjoying the benefits. You may activate until March 31, 2026.

Starting April 1, 2026, activation will temporarily be unavailable while we upgrade the PLDT Home Rewards portal. This is to ensure your information is recorded correctly. We’ll notify you as soon as the new PLDT Home Rewards launches so you can complete your activation.

Can I opt-out from the PLDT Home Rewards Program. If yes, how do I do this?

Yes. You may opt out of the PLDT Home Rewards Program until March 31, 2026 by deleting or unlinking your PLDT accounts from PLDT Home Rewards.

From April 1, 2026 onward, opt-out requests will temporarily be unavailable while we upgrade the PLDT Home Rewards portal. Requests to opt-out from the PLDT Home Rewards Program can be processed again after relaunch.

However, we encourage you to stay enrolled. The system upgrade will deliver a better, safer PLDT Home Rewards experience, and your Crystals will carry over to the new PLDT Home Rewards. No action is needed, we will send official Notifications with next steps as soon as the new program is live.

What will happen to my remaining Crystals?

Your Crystals are safe. They will not expire on April 1, 2026. They will be carried over to the new PLDT Home Rewards and shall remain valid until April 01, 2027.

Will I lose my existing Crystals?

We understand the value of your earned Crystals, and we want to assure you that they will be completely safe and untouched during this process. You will not lose any of them.

All earned and existing Crystals will be carried over to the new and relaunched portal and shall remain valid until April 01, 2027.

Can I still redeem my Crystals during the system upgrade?

Redemption will be temporarily unavailable while we upgrade the system. You’ll be able to redeem again once the new PLDT Home Rewards launches.

Your Crystals remain safe, and you will be able to redeem again once the new PLDT Home Rewards launches. We will notify you as soon as redemption is back.

Will I continue earning Crystals during this transition?

Yes. You can still earn Crystals by paying your bill on time and in full during the system upgrade. You can also earn through program membership payment streaks (quarterly), plan upgrades or migrations, device/VAS add‑ons, e‑SOA enrollment (one‑time), digital payments and digital‑payment streaks (quarterly), auto‑charge enrollment (one‑time), and updating your contact information (one‑time).

All Crystals earned during the transition will be carried over to the new and relaunched portal and reflected in your account.

How can I check my Crystals balance?

During the system upgrade, viewing your Crystals balance will be temporarily unavailable across all PLDT channels, and redemption of Crystals or vouchers will also be on hold. Before the transition begins or immediately thereafter, we will email you your latest Crystals balance for reference. Rest assured, you can continue earning Crystals during this period. Crystals balance updates and redemptions will resume once the new PLDT Home Rewards launches, and we will keep you informed every step of the way.

When can I redeem my Crystals again?

While we upgrade the system, redemption of Crystals and vouchers is temporarily unavailable. You can continue earning Crystals during this period. You will be able to redeem again once the new PLDT Home Rewards officially launches.

Do I need to sign up again or have a new log-in credential when the new PLDT Home Rewards come in?

No. You may continue using your existing PLDT Home Rewards login credentials when the new portal goes live. Simply log in using your current credentials once access is restored.

When can I access my PLDT Home Rewards account again?

Access will resume upon the launch of the new PLDT Home Rewards. No new sign‑up is required; simply log in using your current credentials once access is restored.

Is my data safe during the transition?

Yes. Your personal information and PLDT Home Rewards data remain secure throughout the system migration. Temporarily pausing access helps protect member accounts, Crystals, and data while we complete the system upgrade.

Where can I get updates about the relaunch?

We will share updates through our official SMS, Viber, email, and website channels.

When will the new PLDT Home Rewards launch?

We’re targeting a relaunch around September 2026. We’ll share confirmed details as soon as they are available.

Will there be new Rewards partners?

Yes. When the new PLDT Home Rewards launches, we will introduce more PLDT Home Rewards partners, giving you a wider selection of discounts, treats, and exclusives. We will announce the full partner lineup and how to enjoy them on launch day through our official channels, so please stay tuned.

Are my existing redeemed vouchers still valid?

Please be assured that the system upgrade will not affect your existing redeemed vouchers. The continued validity and/or expiration of any redeemed voucher is subject solely to each partner's existing terms and conditions.

Can I still use partner vouchers (e.g., Temu, Samsung, Caltex) that I’ve already redeemed?

Yes. You may continue using your redeemed partner vouchers, subject to their validity period and each partner’s terms and conditions.

Will I continue receiving promo or voucher announcements?

Yes. Promotional announcements will resume once the new PLDT Home Rewards is relaunched.
