The PLDT Home X Samsung Entertainment Deals Promo will run from March 1 to April 30, 2026.
Offer: All new subscribers will receive exclusive discounts on select Samsung products. In addition, they will receive a ₱2,000.00 voucher on top of the applicable discount based on their chosen subscription plan.

The promo is applicable to all new customers of PLDT Home Fiber Plan 1299 and above, whose applications are approved and installed within the promo period.

Discount Code Issuance and Redemption
Qualified subscribers will receive an SMS notification containing their voucher code(s) and instructions on how to access the Samsung Exclusive Online Store via the PLDT Home website (mypldthome.com). The message will be sent to the customer’s registered mobile number.

The discount vouchers are valid for redemption and use until June 30, 2026.

Customers will receive vouchers based on their subscription plan:

Subscribers may follow the steps below to access the Samsung Exclusive Online Store and redeem their vouchers.

STEP 1: Log in to your MyHome account
Go to the PLDT Home website and log in via my.pldthome.com.
Existing users: Log in using your registered credentials
New users: Register using your PLDT Home Account Number and registered mobile number

STEP 2: Access the Samsung Exclusive Offer
Once logged in, navigate to the “Offers For You” section on your dashboard.

Click “Get Now” under Samsung TV Deals. A pop-up will appear redirecting you to the Samsung Exclusive Online Store.

STEP 3: Shop and Check Out
Log in or register your Samsung account. Once verified, enter the access code: pldthomesamsung when prompted.

Browse and select your preferred items, then add them to your cart.

Before checkout: Review your order details. Enter your voucher code(s) sent to your registered mobile number. Proceed to checkout to complete your purchase.

Notes:

A generic voucher code will be issued upon redemption and can be applied during checkout on the Samsung online store.
Access to the Samsung Exclusive Online Store is only possible by logging in or registering with a MyHome account on the PLDT Home website and using the access code provided. Accessing the Samsung store outside the PLDT Home website will be invalid.
Each Samsung discount voucher is valid for one-time use only. Once applied, it will be considered fully consumed and cannot be reused.
Discount codes must be redeemed within sixty (60) days after the promo period ends on June 30, 2026. Unused vouchers beyond the validity period will automatically expire.

Availment Limitation: The promo may be availed of once per PLDT Home account only.
Customers can avail of the promo nationwide in all PLDT Home booths, PLDT Sales & Service Centers, Smart Stores, Cignal Stores, PLDT Hotline 171, other authorized agents, authorized key account partners and via the pldthome.com website.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

All subscriptions are subject to PLDT Home’s standard credit screening and facility check.
By availing this promo, the customer understands that:
- By accepting the discount voucher, the customer agrees to hold PLDT free and harmless from any loss, injury, or damage caused by or arising from his/her participation in the program or caused by or arising from his/her acceptance and/or use of the item.
- They are agreeable to have their names in all PLDT Home advertising materials related to the promo.
Subscription is subject to the standard lock-in period of thirty-six (36) months from the date of installation. Pre-termination fee shall be equal to three (3) Monthly Service Fee (MSF) of the subscribed plan plus the remaining depreciated cost of device (modem).
All indicated internet speeds are subject to 30% minimum speed at 80% service reliability.
Fulfillment and Delivery: All Samsung products availed through this promo shall be fulfilled, shipped, and delivered solely by Samsung or its authorized logistics partners. Delivery timelines, coverage, and serviceable areas shall be subject to Samsung’s prevailing delivery policies.
Delivery Charges and Installation: Delivery fees, installation fees, wall mounting, and setup services (if applicable) are not included unless explicitly stated by Samsung. Any additional charges shall be borne by the subscriber.
Payment and Checkout: All purchases using the Samsung discount code shall be completed through Samsung’s official checkout channels. Accepted payment methods, installment options, and bank promotions shall be subject to Samsung’s prevailing terms and conditions.
Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. Samsung reserves the right to substitute, modify, or discontinue any participating product without prior notice.
Warranty and After-Sales Support: Warranty coverage, repairs, replacements, and after-sales services shall be governed by Samsung’s standard warranty policies. PLDT shall not be responsible for any product defects, malfunctions, delays, or warranty-related concerns.
Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds: Returns, cancellations, and refunds for Samsung products shall be subject to Samsung’s return and refund policies. Any approved refunds shall apply to the actual amount paid after discount and shall be processed by Samsung.
Liability Limitation: PLDT shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from product delivery delays, installation issues, defects, or after-sales concerns related to Samsung products.
Vouchers: Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash, credit, or other goods and services. It cannot be applied retroactively. Use of the vouchers is subject to the applicable Terms and Conditions of PLDT Home and Samsung.
Promo Enforcement: PLDT reserves the right to revoke promo eligibility or charge back the value of the discount in cases of order cancellation, downgrade, or violation of promo terms. PLDT reserves the right to stop implementation of the promo to PLDT Home Rewards accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent.
Disputes: In case of disputes, the decision of PLDT and Samsung shall prevail.
