  5. Selection of winners is via an electronic raffle which shall be drawn online on April 5, 2024, Friday, 11:00 am, in the presence of a PLDT and DTI representatives. Winners will be identified through his/her account subscription and will be notified via SMS, registered email address, call-out and PLDT digital accounts.
  6. EXTRACTION OF DATABASE: Eligible subscribers will be extracted, whitelisted and will be uploaded on the random picker for the raffle draw.
    • Database will be requested from e-mail by the PLDT’s official SPOC using the official PLDT email of the SPOC.

      • Extracted Service Account numbers list of eligible PLDT Home Fiber subscribers will be uploaded to the random picker on April 5, 2024, with the presence of PLDT representatives and DTI representative via Teams.
      • Once uploaded to the platform – it will generate the number of winners PLDT needs for the promo.

      RAFFLE PROCEDURE:

      • After the raffle draw – Service Account Numbers will be matched with the customer information from the PLDT Home system.
      • Winners will be verified by PLDT Home representative and will be signed off by the DTI representative. 
      • After verification, Service Account Numbers will be matched with the mobile numbers for call-out. 
      • Winners will receive a congratulatory SMS message, E-mail and a registered mail from PLDT Home with the redemption process. 
      • Voucher redemption codes shall be sent via SMS while the entertainment devices will be delivered to the winners’ home addresses on April 10 – 30, 2024 without extra cost. Item delivery is free of charge.
    • Customers can avail of the promo only at PLDT Sales & Service Centers, Smart Stores and PLDT-Smart Stores.
    • Employees of PLDT Inc., and their agencies, subsidiaries as well as their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.

    Terms and Conditions

    1. The promo is open to new subscribers of select PLDT Home Fiber plans nationwide.
    2. All subscriptions are subject to PLDT Home’s standard credit screening and facility check.
    3. The promo does not apply to subscribers with an existing PLDT Home Broadband subscription.
    4. By availing the promo, the customer understands that:
      • Prizes
        • By accepting the prizes, the winner agrees to hold PLDT Inc. free and harmless from any loss, injury, or damage caused by or arising from his/her participation in the program or caused by or arising from his/her acceptance and/or use of the prize.
        • Customer may reach out to any PLDT Store for any service-related issue.
      • They are agreeable to having their names in all PLDT advertising materials related to the promo.
    5. Subscription is subject to the standard lock-in period of thirty-six (36) months from the date of installation. Pre-termination fee shall be equal to three (3) Monthly Service Fee (MSF) of the subscribed plan plus the remaining depreciated cost of device (modem).
    6. All indicated internet speeds are subject to 30% minimum speed at 80% service reliability.

    I applied during the promo period but due to delays in PLDT, my service was installed beyond the promo period. Can i still qualify for the promo?

    Yes. All successfully installed and activated applications (in FTTH areas) within the promo period will be included in the promo.

    NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS

    How will I know that I’ve won the promo?

    Should you be one of the winners, you will receive a call from PLDT Home’s accredited third-party agency, Procast. You will also receive an SMS from PLDT Home and your name will be posted at the PLDT Home Facebook page via an art card.     AWARDING AND CLAIMING OF PRIZES

    When and how can I claim my prize?

    Voucher redemption codes shall be sent via SMS while the entertainment devices will be delivered to the winners’ home addresses on between April 6 - 30, 2024 without extra cost. Item delivery is free of charge.

    Can a representative claim my prize ?

    A representative may claim the prize on behalf of the winner, but he/she must present the SMS notification sent by PLDT Home, valid ID of the winning subscriber and a letter of authority.

    How can I activate my content voucher subscription?

    • HBO Go To activate your voucher, go to https://www.hbogoasia.ph/pldt, create an account or log-in with your existing HBO GO account to start streaming!
    • VIU Voucher To activate your voucher, go to https://www.viu.com/ott/ph/en-us/campaign/redeem and click on Redeem Code. Create an account or log-in with your existing VIU account to start streaming!
    • All voucher codes are valid until June 30, 2024.

    PLDT is not responsible to replace nor repair the devices. However, the devices are covered by the partner brands’ warranty.

    If they have concerns regarding the device, they may get in touch with our partner brands’ accredited service centers directly and just present the following requirements: (1) The device with box and all the inclusions (with device serial number) (2) SMS notification from PLDT Home proving that they’ve won on the promo, and (3) (If available) Acknowledgement Receipt / Online Tracking Receipt
